Welcome to the Reheated and Burnt Out Pod page. Our names are Cassie and Kristina, and we’ve started this podcast as an outlet for ourselves to vent, but also to focus on other women, promoting a community to discuss everything that we as moms have seen, gone through, and want to improve on. If you’re a mom, grandma, sister, aunt, teacher, or anyone who knows the feeling of reheating your coffee for the third time and it's still cold by the time you drink it, then you’re our people and you will fit right in.
Kristina is a beauty guru, being a cosmetologist, she has been an unpaid therapist for several clients for many years. Running a salon by day, being a wife, and raising three beautiful kiddos at night. She truly understands the meaning of putting everyone before herself. Starting this podcast will allow her to focus on her passion for helping women just like herself who are just looking for a way to look and feel like themselves again.

I’m a registered nurse, former correctional officer, full-time master’s student, and full-time mom running on caffeine, chaos, and dark humor. After navigating more than my fair share of trauma, mental health challenges, and lifestyle shake-ups, I realized one thing — women need more real conversations about healing and growth.
